A Second Chance ...

I have been looking for synthetic hair for quite a few months and feeling pretty desperate. I am 60, and not looking for really long hair, but just good quality hair.

I saw the negative reviews on Divatress, but decided to call the number to see if there was a human. There was and her name was Lori. She was kind, knowledgeable and when I told her that I was hesitant, she understood and let me make the decision.

She let me know the discounts available, and now that I have the product (4 packages), I am very pleased. I recommend giving Divatress a second chance and ask for "Lori." God bless you!

I placed a order two days ago and never received my confirmation email it's suppose to be emailed to me and not yet received one I have no idea what's going on with my package I have no tracking information nothing tried reaching out several times and all I got back was I see you contacted us that's it no answer to my questions I am really pissed off right now and I can't seem to get any help

Horrible Customer Service NO UPDATES

I never received my order from January 13th 2022. It's March 7th 2022. The tracking number doesn't work. They have basically ignored me. The only thing they want is the money. NO PRODUCT. I want a REFUND. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

I ordered two wigs one short and one half wig. The short wig is to small I can't even get on my head,the long one is horrible,!

The wigs are just small and gross . I asked the company for a refund they gave me a site that isn't even working, and also they want me to take pictures of the wigs to see what damage ,I didn't say they were damage I said wig was to small and horrible looking. All I want is a refund and will never order from this company again. Even when I call there's no answer.

Items missing in my order

My order should have contained eleven items, but it only contained eight. So I called up customer service and first they said they would resend the missing items, and then they said they couldn't resend the items. Then I told them they had to do something I definitely paid my money. The last thing they said was we will refund your money for the missing items, they didn't refund me any money.

Don't use A promotion code. They will use that against you if you need a refund. I ordered 3 shampoos and 2 conditioners. I only received 2 shampoos. No refund. When I emailed them about it, they said I was refunded for the shipping. Only to be told 2 weeks later on the phone that they NEVER REFUND for shipping. It took me 2 weeks to get someone on the phone to talk to. And was placed on a 45-min hold once I did get someone. I will never use them again! Spent $36 plus shipping only to get a $10 refund. Smh

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on August 6.

Today is August 13. While checking the tracking it said it was delivered toy front door, I there was nothing at my door. Went to Company the post office and was told it was left another address. Either way the package is missing.

Contacted the company, didn't get a friendly response. I asked for a replacement, and she told me to wait and see if I get it, I after I already said the package was missing and it shows delivered by the post office. Then she told me to wait until Monday to see if I get it and if not she's going to start an investigation. How are you going to investigate who took my package?

You didn't have to wait to get my money for the wig. I want my money back, I damn the wig. If the customer service is this bad I don't even want to see the items they sell, it's probably bs.

Please don't order from her. Save your money and yourself from a headache of trying to get your money back.

I HAVE ORDER OVER 75 WIGS FROM DIVATRESS AND THE SERVICE HAS BEEN IMPECCABLE. WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN OUT OF A COLOR OR WIG THEY HAVE ALWAYS CALLED ME AND ASKED WHAT I WANTED. Wrong color freetress hair

Hello I am very upset because I recieved my Freetress hair for crochet in the wrong color.I just had ordered a batch of Freetress in color tp27/613.When I placed this order I put down tp27/613 not t91b/30.I always buy my Freetress hair for chrohet in 613 at Beauty Supply Store which was closed at the time I just want the right color.My order number was 545408.The order was placed on 050620. PPlease I am retired I just want the right color I will be a customer for life because my Beauty Supply does not have tp27/613.Thanks

The items ordered were promised delivery within a week on order. I just noticed there is no tracking on the order and no update whatsoever as to the date of delivery of these items.
